• Reduce customer downtime by replacing versus repairing cylinders
• Upgraded Rod seal to Freudenberg-NOK AU30000 high-performance material rated for 250 F and up to 7,250 psi; resulting in extended seal life.
• Upgraded Cast Iron steel gland with buttress threads versus aluminum OEM gland means less galled or damaged threads
• Upgraded Induction hardened chrome rod which is less susceptible to bending

 

Our hydraulic cylinders are  manufactured utilizing CNC machining technology, automated welding  processes. Each cylinder  is oil tested then painted as per customer specifications on an automated  paint line. Facilities include capabilities for extended testing of prototype products prior to production.
