YFS composite sand control screen is made up of drilling base, precision woven filter layer, high-density slot cover. Precision woven filter layer is composite rolled by different filter gap stainless steel dense woven wire mesh, and being whole welded. Advanced welding technology makes sure the composite screen has functions of high permeability, high strength, deformation resistance, corrosion resistance. It can be used for independent screen completion or gravel pack completion.   Â

2.  Screen cover equipped with support screen and diffuser screen to reduce the flow resistance. It makes screen got high permeability, large passage area to ensure high production.
3. High deformation resistance, when radial deformation 40%, the sand control ability remains the same. Meet the requirement of horizontal well.
Filter gap size can be controlled accurately (error range ±10μm) filter gap no deformation.
Small ID, light weight makes it easy to long distance horizontal movement.
