Features:

1. It uses cotton canvas or other materials as carcass and excellent heat resistant rubber as the covers.

2. Structure: Type I is same as general use conveyor belt; an insulation layer is added between the cover and carcass for Type II.

Types:

Classified into 4 types according to different testing temperature

• T1 Type: Stand a testing temperature ≤ 100℃
• T2 Type: Stand a testing temperature ≤ 125℃
• T3 Type: Stand a testing temperature ≤ 150℃
• T4 Type: Stand a testing temperature ≤ 175℃

Use:

Widely used in metallurgical, building material and foundry industries, to convey ores, hot coke, cement, melting dregs and hot casting articles etc.
