[China Instrument Network Instrument R&D] A few days ago, the Heilongjiang Provincial Metrology and Testing Institute undertook the acceptance of the “Study on the Measurement of Heavy Metals in Edible Mushrooms and Reference Materials for Substance Measurement Criteria and Measurement Technology” Subproject of the National Science and Technology Support Plan Project “Environmental Monitoring Key Measurement Standards and Measurement Technology”. The "Study on the Method for Measuring Heavy Metals in Edible Mushrooms and Reference Materials" was established in January 2013 and completed over four years. This project is aimed at the needs of China's food safety testing for heavy metal pollutants measurement standards, and has carried out research on high accuracy measurement methods for heavy metals in edible fungi matrix and related standard materials.
A sample preparation technique for high-speed centrifugation coupled with gel chromatography, which can improve purification and separation efficiency, and a quantitative analysis method for high-performance liquid chromatography-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry with high sensitivity and good linearity were established. Formulated and promulgated and implemented the local standards of Heilongjiang Province. A method for the quantitative analysis of 9 metal elements in edible fungi matrix was established based on inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry and ion chromatography, and in accordance with the national "Standards for the Study of Reference Materials" and the "General Principles of Standard Value Determination and Statistics." Principles, completed the development of three kinds of edible fungi matrix base material of black fungus, shiitake mushroom and tea tree mushroom. The research results of the project have filled domestic gaps.
The completion of the project further improved the food safety measurement standards system, providing material carriers and technical standards for the traceability of food safety inspection data, the reliability evaluation of equipment and equipment, and the assessment of the operating level of analysts.
