Design
Unlike traditional wiped film evaporators, this system integrates the condenser within the short path evaporator body, offering improved efficiency and performance.
Operation
Under high vacuum, feed liquid is introduced into the still, where it spreads as a thin film and flows down the evaporation surface. Heated walls and vacuum conditions drive volatile components to the external condenser, while non-volatile components remain in the still. The separated fractions are collected through individual outlets. Depending on the application, either distillate or residue may be the desired product. Condensable low molecular weight compounds are collected in a cold trap upstream of the vacuum system. For higher solvent loads, an optional external condenser can be added downstream.

Continuous distillation process.
Very low operating pressure up to 0.1 Pa (100 Pa = 1 mbar). The short distance between the evaporator surface and condenser allows for significantly lower pressures.

1. Can you do design for us?
Yes, we can create artwork including printing and logos. Just provide the content and specify where to place it, and we’ll handle the rest.Â
2. How can we place an order?
After confirming the product and price, we will send a Proforma Invoice. Once payment (deposit) is received, we prepare the goods within 5 working days. If you have a shipper, we will use it. Otherwise, you need to arrange one at the destination port.
3. What’s your payment term?
100% T/T in advance. Western Union is also available. Small payments can be made via PayPal or Escrow. Confirm everything clearly before making a payment.
4. How about shipping?
For small orders, we use international couriers like FEDEX, DHL, TNT, or UPS, which take 3–7 days. For large orders, ocean freight is used, taking around a month. Air shipping is available for urgent needs but costs more.
