In respect of the transformation of the circulating water facilities, the company transformed the original three sets of circulating water devices into four sets of circulating water devices, and implemented the turbidity and turbidity diversion reconstruction project of rainwater and production circulating water, achieving a complete closed-circuit circulation of the gasification wastewater. It achieved the graded utilization of production water and achieved a virtuous circle; in the aspect of synthetic ammonia production technology, it implemented a technical transformation of ammonia ammonia and dilute ammonia recovery from one-step-by-step enrichment of synthetic ammonia to reduce ammonia nitrogen emissions and turn waste into treasure. In terms of waste gas recycling, the exhaust gas is sent back to the boiler for combustion to produce steam. In the treatment of waste oil, each workshop is provided with a drain outlet, an oil trap is built to block the oil, and the machine is added with lubricating oil. With the addition of a centralized oil-recovery recovery tower and oil collection tank, the refueling method has effectively recycled mechanical lubricants and reduced the COD content of the sewage.
