Micro water meter test method and precautions

The micro-water meter is mainly used for the humidity detection of SF6 gas. The instrument is suitable for electric power, petrochemical, metallurgy, environmental protection, scientific research institutes, etc. The following is a brief introduction and precautions for the instrument test method. :

1, connect SF6 equipment

Connect the threaded end of the measuring pipe to the switch joint, tighten with a wrench, and close the needle valve at the other end of the measuring pipe;

Then insert one end of the quick connector on the test pipe into the sampling port on the water meter;

Connect the exhaust line to the air outlet.

Finally, connect the switch connector to the SF6 electrical equipment measurement interface, and tighten with a wrench;

2, check the power

This instrument is recommended to use AC power preferentially.

When using DC power, please check the battery level displayed in the upper right corner. If the battery level is lower than about 20%, please turn off the battery and continue to use it.

3, start measuring

First open the needle valve on the measuring pipe, then use the flow valve on the panel to adjust the flow, adjust the flow to about 0.5L / M, and start measuring the SF6 dew point.

The first measurement takes 5 to 10 minutes, and each device takes 3 to 5 minutes.

4, store data

After the device measurement is completed, you can save the data in the instrument, press the “OK” button to call up the operation menu. The specific operation mode is shown in the next section.

5, measuring other equipment

After measuring one device, close the needle valve on the measuring pipe and the regulating valve on the water meter. Remove the adapter from the SF6 electrical equipment. If you need to continue measuring other devices, follow the steps above to continue measuring the next device.

6, the end of measurement

After all devices have been measured, turn off the water meter.

Precautions:

1. The instrument should be placed in a safe position to prevent it from falling. Avoid violent vibrations.

2. Do not measure corrosive gases.

3. When adjusting the gas flow rate, the flow valve should be slowly opened to make the flow indication at 0.5 liter/min.

4. The instrument should be charged in time before use. When charging, just plug the power cord into the 220V socket. The instrument will automatically charge without opening the power switch. The charging time usually takes more than 20 hours.
