Status: No problem with survival

In recent years, the country’s attention to remanufacturing has risen unprecedentedly. As one of the representatives of green manufacturing and resource conservation, the remanufacturing industry ushered in a "golden development period."

According to Li Dakai, chairman of the Shaanxi Fast Group, the development of remanufactured products has developed over the years, but it is mainly technological development and marketization is still lagging behind. In Wei Liancheng's opinion, "customer processing" reflects two problems in the machine tool remanufacturing industry: First, the ability of maintenance companies to expand their markets is not strong, and second, the entire industry has not yet formed an industrial chain of "recycling-renovation-sales". The reporter learned that at present, the remanufacturing industry mainly focuses on the two major industries of auto parts and electromechanical products. The National Development and Reform Commission has already identified 14 pilot companies for remanufacturing auto parts and 35 pilot remanufacturing enterprises for electromechanical products. For the pilot project of auto parts remanufacturing, the central government has already invested 80 million yuan. In terms of machine tool remanufacturing, according to Wei Liancheng, the existing maintenance companies are mostly stripped from the machine repair shops of state-owned enterprises that year, and the technology and experience are not a problem. Especially in terms of human resources, almost all technical personnel are Only then can it meet all kinds of transformation and upgrading tasks.

The automotive parts and components remanufacturing companies are all part of the spare parts manufacturing companies. However, unlike outstanding technical performance, remanufacturers are inferior in marketing. It is reported that in addition to toner cartridges and automobile engines, the remanufacturing of other products is mostly "incoming processing", and it lacks the capacity for large-volume active production. Many companies do not even have a dedicated marketing department. Only one or two people go to a fixed company to “take orders”.

Li Dongru, secretary-general of the Green Manufacturing Technology Innovation Alliance, told reporters that industrialization and marketization are inevitable directions for the remanufacturing industry to become bigger and stronger. If we cannot change the existing "reproduction, light marketing" cycle, it will inevitably have a negative impact on the development of the industry.

The good news is that on March 1, the auto parts remanufacturing product logo was officially launched. The industry believes that this will effectively promote the marketization and specialization of the industry and greatly enhance the overall image and marketing capabilities of remanufactured products.
