The project “Development of Digital Thread Synthetic Measuring Device” studied the measurement principle of threading integrated parameters (action size) and on-line real-time measurement technology, developed a new type of general-purpose digital thread measuring device prototype, based on the measurement principle and experimental data, to study error separation and The source of measurement accuracy was traced, and a self-calibration method for the device was proposed and programmed.
The “Development of Calibrating Device for Bored Pile Boring Quality Inspection System” completed a calibrated device for borehole quality inspection system for bored piles, including calibration device for caliper, calibrating device for sediment slag, and calibration device for inclinometer. The components can meet the calibration and calibration requirements of the manufacturer and the testing unit of bored hole drilling hole quality inspection system, improve the construction quality inspection level, and promote the testing and calibration ability of the bored pile detection system in the region.
