1. **Trade Terms:** FOB Shanghai or Ningbo, China – Under Incoterms 2010
2. **Small Order Charge:** USD 200 for orders below 10 tons
3. **Delivery Time:** 15–20 days per pallet, 40–50 days per container – after receipt of deposit
4. **Payment Terms:** 30% T/T in advance, balance against B/L
5. **MOQ:** 0.3 ton per size, with at least one size required
6. **Quantity Clause:** 10% more or less is acceptable
7. **Packing:** Bulk / small box + carton + pallet – approximately 20kg per carton
8. **Sample Policy:** Once the goods are ready, samples of all sizes will be sent for client inspection. The goods will be delivered only after the client confirms the sample quality
