According to the requirements of the Fujian Provincial Price Bureau, the expressway clearing unit and the public security traffic management department cannot force the vehicle to be removed from traffic accidents on the expressway but can move normally; the highway clearing unit and the public security traffic management department are dragged. The vehicle is placed in a dedicated parking lot and a parking fee is required. The parking fee is based on the regulations of the local price authority. If it is a vehicle during the handling of a traffic accident, the parking fee shall be reduced or exempted, and the specific amount of the reduction shall be determined by the local price authority.
According to regulations, highway clearing charges include two categories: trailer fees and crane fees. The wrecker of the expressway arrives at the designated quarantine site. Due to the reasons of the parties, the road administration department may charge the wrecker to the party according to 50% of the base price of the faulty vehicle. If the vehicle that needs to be cleared is overloaded, it will be classified into the corresponding category according to the actual cargo tonnage.
The Fujian Provincial Price Bureau requires that when the expressway clearing unit implements the vehicle clearing obstacles by itself, the clearing personnel shall take the initiative to present the charging items and charging standards stipulated by the relevant departments to the parties concerned, and shall not increase the charging items and raise the charging standards by themselves; When entrusting a social assistance agency to implement a crane service, it shall supervise and urge the social assistance agencies to perform the fees not exceeding the prescribed fees. Otherwise, the service qualification shall be cancelled.
