3 Rotary disc type continuous extrusion hollow blow molding machine, the extruder continuously extrudes the parison, the parison is clamped by the die, and is transferred around the axis of the rotary disc to a station for inflating, cooling, opening the die and taking out the products, etc., to realize the process Continuous. Blow molds can also be set on a horizontal turntable.

(2) Working Principle of Batch Extrusion Blow Molding Blow Molding Machine This method is used by the extruder to continuously melt the melted plastic melt into a material storage cavity, and the material in the storage cavity is required At the quantity, the material in the storage chamber is quickly pressed.

Flat face flanges are never to be bolted to a Raised Face Flange. ASME B31.1 says that when connecting flat face cast iron flanges to carbon steel flanges, the raised face on the carbon Steel Flange must be removed, and that a full face gasket is required.
