How to maintain the temperature transmitter

A temperature transmitter is a meter that converts a temperature variable into a standardized output signal that can be transmitted. Mainly used for measurement and control of industrial process temperature parameters. A transmitter with a sensor usually consists of two parts: a sensor and a signal converter. The sensor is mainly a thermocouple or a thermal resistor; the signal converter is mainly composed of a measuring unit, a signal processing and a conversion unit (since the industrial thermal resistance and the thermocouple indexing table are standardized, the signal converter is also called a stand-alone product. For transmitters, some transmitters have added display units and some have fieldbus functionality.
How to maintain the temperature transmitter:
1. Wiring: The wiring of the safety spark circuit (input signal line) must be insulated with insulated or shielded wires and isolated from the non-safety spark circuit to avoid mutual contact.
2. Different types of temperature transmitters are wired according to the instructions. For the explosion-proof instrument with safety spark circuit, the wiring must not be connected incorrectly, and it is necessary to check carefully whether there is short circuit or wrong connection.
3. When using the temperature transmitter, pay special attention to the common type and the intrinsic safety type. The normal type cannot be installed in the danger zone, and the intrinsic safety type can be installed in the danger zone.
4. The line resistance of the input of the three-wire system of the RTD transmitter should be equal and within the same ambient temperature.
5. For the explosion-proof instrument, in principle, it is not allowed to disassemble the components of the safety spark circuit and exchange the instrument wiring. If it needs to be replaced, it should be carried out according to the explosion-proof requirements.
6. When checking regularly, in order to accurately read the data, connect a digital voltmeter between the output terminals for measurement, instead of removing the safety spark circuit.
7. After the instrument fails, it should be powered off for inspection. If the fault is not detected, it must not be sent.
8. The temperature transmitter should be kept clean during operation.

   For waste tyre pyrolysis machines,
 there is lots of recycling gas which could be used as fuel to heat the system itself, 
which saves lots of extra fuel. 
Take 10ton model for example, extra fuel is onlu required for the first several hours; 

the system recycling gas will be enough for the following hours heating.
