New Model Electric Winch
Electric Winch Introduction:
The new model electric winch is designed for efficient and safe lifting operations. It features a planetary gear transmission system, allowing direct coupling to the drum for smooth and reliable performance. This design makes it easy to replace damaged wire ropes or change the direction of the rope, offering greater flexibility in use.
The wire rope is secured using a PT screw drum, which enhances safety by preventing the rope from slipping off the drum. The electromagnetic brake ensures automatic stopping when power is lost, effectively controlling the drop distance of heavy loads, making it a safe and dependable choice.
The gear box is constructed from ductile cast iron FCD-45# steel, ensuring durability and resistance to breakage. The driving gears are made from high-quality steel, heat-treated and precision-manufactured for long-lasting performance, low noise, and high efficiency.
The machine frame is built using standard channel steel welding, making it suitable for use in construction sites, warehouses, and ports. The motor is insulated B type, featuring high starting torque, low inertia, and reduced temperature rise, enabling long-term continuous operation without overheating.
