In response to the large-scale trend of forced circulation pumps used in chemical plants at home and abroad, Shuangda Company independently developed the SDQL1400 forced circulation pump with an export diameter of 1.4 meters. The product has applied for a national invention patent and two utility model patents. In the past, this type of products mainly relied on imports. The purchase time was long and the price was high. The import price of a set of forced circulation pump equipment was RMB 45 million.
The expert review team believes that the SDQL1400 forced circulation pump developed by Shuangda Company has advanced and reasonable design, large flow, high efficiency and novel and compact structure. Tested by authoritative organizations, product performance is at the domestic leading level, and has reached the international advanced level, which can replace imports and fill the domestic gap. The expert review team recommended that Shuangda Company accelerate the promotion and application of large-scale forced circulation pumps to form a series of products.
Qian Jinhua said that the successful development of the largest domestic and largest circulation pump in a short period of time reflects the excellent R&D and design capabilities of Shuangda.
