The concept of construction of the second and third phases of mine construction

(1) The concept of the construction phase (period) of the mine project

Generally, the total construction period of mine construction is divided into first, second and third phases.

The first phase of the project is represented by the wellbore project, and the term refers to the sum of the construction period of the wellbore and related diverticulum construction and the short-circuiting period of the main and auxiliary wells.

The second phase of the project is mainly represented by roadways. The second phase of the main and auxiliary well construction areas mainly refers to the bottom of the pit yard and various types of diverticulum, main transport lanes, and track laying works. The second phase of the wind shaft construction area mainly refers to the roadway and other projects that are arranged by the wind shaft.

The third phase of the project mainly refers to the roadway in the mining area and the related diverticulum. The third phase of the project is mainly based on coal roadway. The general coal roadway engineering volume is relatively large, the construction speed is relatively fast, and the construction difficulty is transportation and prevention of coal dust and gas.

(2) Problems that should be paid attention to during the rapid excavation of the roadway in the bottom of the roadway

1. The increase or decrease of the number of working faces in the yard must pay attention to the balance between the number of workers and equipment, and avoid sudden increase and decrease of manpower, equipment and equipment. At the intersection of construction and construction, it is advisable to construct more than 15m of roadway to facilitate the development of new work surfaces without affecting each other.

2. When determining the construction sequence of the bottom hole yard and increasing or decreasing the number of working faces, reasonable changes must be taken into account in the ventilation system to avoid moving the ventilation facilities too frequently. Do not place the dampers in the lanes where transportation is frequent.

3. When determining the construction sequence of the bottom hole yard, it is necessary to pay attention to the influence of the slope of the roadway, especially in the case of a large amount of water inflow, avoiding the downward slope. If necessary, the auxiliary roadway can be added to make it suitable for drainage and transportation as well as ventilation.

4. The increase or decrease of the number of working faces in the yard must take into account the lifting capacity of the wellbore. When organizing multiple working faces for rapid excavation, the interaction between tunneling, wall-laying, transportation and ventilation must be considered.
