The standard process for manufacturing S31254 pipe involves a series of steps. The first step is to melt the steel in an electric arc furnace. The steel is then refined using an argon-oxygen decarburization process. This process helps remove impurities like carbon and sulfur. The refined steel is then poured into a casting mold and solidified into a billet. The blank is then hot rolled into tubes.
