**Ceramic Knife Gate Valve**
**Function and Utility**
1. This valve is widely used in concentration mills and coal preparation plants for on/off operations. It is suitable for media such as dry ash, ash slag, and coal dust.
2. Operating pressure: 1.0MPa - 1.6MPa
3. Operating temperature: Not higher than 180°C
**Performance Characteristics**
1. Designed for high-wear pipelines, the valve features a compact structure and easy installation. The sealing seat uses a ZTA ceramic composite sealing system, which offers high hardness (HRC ≥ 90) and excellent toughness, overcoming the brittleness issue of traditional ceramics. This ensures high wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The valve plate is made from high-chromium alloy, offering strong wear and impact resistance, and it can be used for throttling. Additionally, the valve operates smoothly with minimal friction, preventing ash buildup or clogging in the valve chamber.
2. The valve can be installed horizontally or vertically, but not inversely.
