The GN-SDX1400 is a versatile glove box designed for scientific research and small-scale production. It serves as a vacuum glove box, purification system, drying gas station, and inert gas purification equipment. This unit offers two working stations with dual-person control, ensuring efficient and safe operations in environments requiring strict atmospheric control.
Key features include a water oxygen index of less than 1ppm, making it ideal for sensitive applications. The glove box is equipped with an integrated gas purification system, PLC controller, and HMI interface. It includes a sealed box, in-and-out transfer antechamber, inclined operation sides with replaceable sight glass, and a vacuum pump. The system ensures high purity levels, with H2O and O2 content below 1ppm.
The closed-loop gas circulation system continuously removes moisture and oxygen using a blower and purifier. The automatic purging function allows for the replacement of the internal atmosphere through purge valves. Additionally, the system supports automatic regeneration of the H2O and O2 removal materials, controlled by the PLC. The pressure inside the glove box is automatically regulated by the PLC, with a working pressure range set between +10mba and -10mba. If the pressure exceeds +/- 12mbar, the system will automatically protect itself.
The vacuum pump is activated automatically when needed and turns off after a period of inactivity. The main antechamber is made of stainless steel 304, measuring 360mm in diameter and 600mm in length. It includes a sliding tray, spindle lock door, and vertical operation with a lifting mechanism. The mini antechamber is 150mm in diameter and 300mm in length, featuring a screw-lock door and manual operation via a hand valve.
The gas purification system uses copper catalysts and molecular sieves to remove H2O and O2, achieving a purity level of less than 1ppm. It includes a capsulated blower with a capacity of 90m3/h and a frequency converter. The system also supports automatic regeneration of the purification process, including heating and filling with a mixture of working gas and 5-10% H2. The system control is managed via a Siemens 7-inch color touch screen with Chinese/English interface, displaying operational status, box pressure, moisture, and oxygen values.
The vacuum pump has a capacity of 8m3/h, dual stage, and an ultimate vacuum of 3x10-2mbar. The product comes in a standard export package with internal anti-collision protection and external wooden packaging.
