A fully hydraulically driven water well drilling rig that is suitable for drilling and maintenance operations of wells, oil and gas wells within a wellbore diameter of 0.508 meters and a well depth of 300 meters has recently been successfully developed at Nanyang Petroleum Machinery Plant.
The machine adopts the form of full hydraulic transmission. The drill rod is lifted and the drilling, rotation and mud circulation power adopt hydraulic closed system. The main drilling parameters can be adjusted steplessly. The rotary drilling system adopts a power faucet and is equipped with a drill rod pressure-reducing device, a hydraulic brake, and an electromagnetic anti-collision device, which can meet the needs of the drilling technology and ensure the safety performance of the drilling rig. Mud circulation system adopts mud and centrifugal pump double pump configuration, which can meet the borehole drilling process requirements of large diameter.
