It is understood that the operation rights of the line included in the bidding plan include 26 inter-provincial road passenger lines such as Jinan to Ningjin, and 63 inter-city road passenger lines such as Jiyang to Yantai. The operating period is 4-8. year. All road transport enterprises with independent legal person qualifications, provincial and inter-city bus passenger transportation qualifications, and good passenger transportation performance and service quality credit can participate in the bidding.
In the future, the new inter-provincial and inter-city road passenger lines in Shandong Province will all adopt open bidding.
