·The world's largest waste tire recycling plant officially opened in the United States

Recently, the world's largest waste tire recycling plant officially opened in Houston, USA. The plant is the most advanced tire recycling plant of Genan, the world leader in tire recycling.
In the past two years, the plant has received an investment of 140 million US dollars and can recover about 10 million passenger tires per year. This amount accounts for about one-third of the total amount of used tires in Texas, and is almost 2.5 times the total amount of scrapped tires in Denmark each year.
According to reports, the tire recycling technology adopted by the factory is currently the most environmentally friendly and safe waste tire treatment method. Each recycling of 1 ton of used tires will emit 11 tons of carbon dioxide less than the tires co-incineration in the cement kiln.
It is reported that Genan is a leader in the extraction and production of rubber pellets, rubber powder and steel from waste tires. It operates four large tire processing plants in Germany and Denmark. The company plans to build a waste tire recycling network consisting of four new plants in the United States in the next few years.
