China Drying Network News Shenyang Blower Group Co., Ltd. developed the first domestically-manufactured long-distance pipeline compressor (H1156) for CNPC's West-East Gas Pipeline project to complete safety start-up, 24 hours of mechanical operation, anti-surge test and 72 hours of continuous operation. Performance tests are officially delivered to users. The test result of the unit shows that each index meets the design requirements, and the actual parameters of vibration and tile temperature are obviously better than the other three foreign units within the station. The second phase of the West-East Gas Pipeline project will be followed by the localization of key equipment.
According to Shengu Group's engineering and technical personnel, long-distance pipeline compressors are the biggest difficulty in localization of long-distance transmission equipment. At present, the R&D and manufacture of compressors in the world are moving toward large-scale, serialization, high-efficiency operations, miniaturization of structures, and low noise, and these are all dependent on the compressor model-level coefficients. Shengu Group broke the foreign technology blockade, and at the same time overcome the difficulties of the model-level basic level coefficients, it independently developed and confirmed 7 model-level basic-level coefficients for long-distance pipeline compressors. Its series of model-level efficiency, both in the vaneless diffuser stage and the vane diffuser stage, has reached the current world advanced level. It can meet the special requirements of China West-East Gas Pipeline Compressor.
The localization of long-distance pipeline equipment in the second phase of the West-East Gas Pipeline Project is of great significance to safeguarding national energy security, reducing costs, and engineering cost. Since the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" period, China National Petroleum has promoted an important strategy including the Shengu Group and many other companies to go all out to promote the localization of key equipment in China's West-East Gas Pipeline Project in phases. It is estimated that by 2015, the added mileage of China's oil and gas pipelines will be approximately 38,000 kilometers, and the demand for key equipment such as compressors will be huge. Relying on strong technical strength, construction of all booster stations in the second phase of West-East Gas Pipeline will use the compressors of the Shengu Group, of which at least one compressor unit of the entire station will be completed by the Shengu Group.
