This is from Steve Redick:
Last night, I took on a quick call just across the street from Engine 11’s station. I arrived pretty quickly, but by the time I figured out which side of the building the fire was on, there wasn’t much going on. A handline had already been stretched up to Truck 9’s aerial, and I think an interior line had mostly brought the fire under control before I even got there. I saw one victim being treated by paramedics.Steve

It was a fast response, and it's always good to see how well the crews handle things when they're on the scene. The fire didn't spread much, so it looked like they got it under control quickly. I snapped a few photos while I was there—nothing too dramatic, just some shots of the crew working and the trucks in action. It's always interesting to see the equipment up close, especially at night. If you're ever curious about what a real fire scene looks like, these pictures give a pretty good idea. Thanks for checking them out!
