For fair consideration, the "Regulations" expands the scope of exemption for vehicle surcharges. In addition to the above vehicles, there will be excavators, bulldozers, loaders and other special vehicles that cannot carry passengers to carry goods, and cities with fixed devices. Vehicles for sanitation vehicles, medical ambulances, epidemic prevention vehicles, blood collection vehicles, urban buses, rural passenger transport line vehicles, and vehicles approved by the Provincial People's Government for implementation of rescue and disaster relief missions are all included in the scope of exemption. For vehicles entering and leaving this special economic zone for transporting live agricultural products and other vehicles approved by the Provincial People's Government, motor vehicle surcharges may be reduced or exempted.
