First, the working principle of high-pressure water pump:

When the pressure exceeds the elastic force of the outlet valve and the upper water pressure, the outlet valve is opened and the water pressure is injected into the water pipe to be sent to the water sprayer.

The time when the inlet hole on the plunger sleeve is completely blocked by the upper end surface of the plunger is called the theoretical water supply starting point. When the plunger continues to move upward, the water supply continues all the time, and the pressure water process continues until the helical bevel on the plunger opens the plunger sleeve to return to the water hole. When being opened, the high-pressure water flows from the water chamber through the plunger Longitudinal groove and the return hole on the plunger sleeve flows back into the pump body waterway. At this moment, the hydraulic pressure in the plunger sleeve water chamber rapidly decreases, the action of the hydraulic pressure drops back to the valve seat, and the water jet immediately stops. At this point although the plunger is still up, but the water supply has been terminated. The backwater hole of the plunger sleeve is called the theoretical water supply end when the plunger bevel opens. In the plunger up the entire process of movement, only the middle of a stroke is pressurized water process, this stroke is called the effective stroke of the plunger.

Second, high-pressure pump requirements

1, the flow requirements (about 4 ~ 20 liters / minute), the pressure is not demanding (about 1 to 3 kg), mainly used for water recycling, water sampling, upgrading, etc., requiring less noise, long life, high self- Cheng, etc., optional BSP, CSP and other series;

2, low flow requirements (about 1 to 5 liters / minute), but the pressure is large (about 2 to 11 kg), mainly for spray, pressurization, car washing, etc. do not need long hours of work under high pressure or heavy load , You can choose ASP, HSP and other series;

3, for the tea table pumping, spraying, etc., require the volume as small as possible, small flow requirements, low noise (about 0.1 to 3 liters / minute), optional ASP and other series.

4, high temperature working medium (0-100 ℃), the need for pumping water or gas (water or gas may be mixed or idle, dry turn occasions), value the volume, noise, continuous use and other properties. Need pump long idling, dry turn. Pipe both water, there are gas, you need to choose water and gas dual-use pump WKA series. Micro pump WKA series is particularly suitable for use in water and gas occasions, it is water pumping, gas pumping. With the above application, you can choose WKA series.

5, the flow of greater demand (more than 20 liters / minute), but the medium contains a small amount of oil, solid particles, residues and so on.
