The 100,000 downline is a microcosm of the rapid development of China National Heavy Duty Truck this year. From January to November this year, China Heavy Duty Truck produced and sold 93,000 heavy-duty vehicles, an increase of 70.28% year-on-year. On the basis of a large number of bases, growth above the speed of the industry is still achieved. In this year's production and sales exceeded 100,000 units, the total vehicle export exceeded 13,000 units and earned 400 million U.S. dollars, ranking first in the country's heavy-duty truck industry for export and foreign exchange for three consecutive years. The annual sales revenue exceeded 35 billion U.S. dollars, and profits and taxes were realized. More than 2.8 billion yuan, fully over-achieved the annual goal, the indicators continue to rank first in the industry. At the 2008 Business Conference of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Co., Ltd. and China National Heavy Duty Truck Hong Kong Co., Ltd. held on December 20th, the head of China National Heavy Duty Truck stated to 2300 domestic and foreign guests attending the meeting that in 2008, 125,000 heavy-duty vehicles were guaranteed to be produced and sold. Vehicles impacted 135,000 vehicles and earned foreign exchange through exports of 600 million U.S. dollars. They achieved the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" goals two years ahead of time, and laid the foundation for the construction of an internationally advanced heavy truck company and a sprint to the world's top 500 companies. Based on this year's sales growth of 70%, China National Heavy Duty Truck Corporation has already lowered its growth rate to 25%~35% next year.
