Li Daning, deputy director of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, pointed out that insisting on the coordinated development of the economy, society, and the ecological environment, implementing the scientific development concept, and correctly handling the protection and rational use of Chinese medicine resources are time issues that need to be seriously considered and resolved. It is necessary to further strengthen policy research on the protection and development of traditional Chinese medicine resources, including export policies, supporting policies, standard construction, and law enforcement supervision, and attach importance to the construction of bases.
