3. Dispatching conference system: The concentrating plant usually holds a regular meeting every week. The directors of the basic workshops and auxiliary workshops of the whole factory and the heads of the various departments must participate. The meeting mainly ensures the coordination of the work of each department in each production process. , production in harmony according to the job planning tasks.
