The new national standards "hydraulic oil", "industrial closed gear oil", "turbine oil" and "transformer oil" were successfully released and will be implemented on June 1, 2012. The four newly released national standards have been completed using international standards and combined with China's national conditions. The standard level has been significantly improved and it is internationally advanced. Among them, “Hydraulic Oilâ€, “Industrial Closed Gear Oil†and “Turbo Motor Oil†were revised to adopt the ISO standard, and “Transformer Oil†adopted the IEC standard, reflecting that the standard level of the lubricant industry in China is accelerating to international standards.
Compared with the previous edition standards, this release of the standard further emphasizes the use of the product performance, combined with the actual use of the customer's needs, add some test items, such as appearance, density and other physical and chemical indicators. At the same time, according to the technical development of machinery and equipment, in order to better achieve supporting applications, some brand-name products have been added, and the range of product selection has become more extensive. The new version of the standard will impose stricter requirements on the production enterprises, and the inspection of the products will be more stringent. Therefore, the revision of this standard, while raising the level of standards, pays more attention to product quality requirements and provides a strong guarantee for customer rights and interests.
