The development goal of the alliance is to integrate the superior industrial resources of the internal combustion engine and leading innovation resources such as universities and research institutes to meet the increasingly stringent emission and fuel consumption regulations and reduce CO2 emissions, through joint development, complementary advantages, benefit sharing, and risk sharing. , undertake common key technical breakthroughs, break through the technical bottlenecks of industrial development, put forward China's internal combustion engine energy-saving emission reduction technology roadmap, implement technology transfer, accelerate the commercialization of key common technology scientific and technological achievements, improve China's energy-saving environmental protection internal combustion engine independent development capabilities and technological innovation achievements The radiation capability will promote the rapid development of the internal combustion engine industry in China and enhance the international competitiveness of the industry.
