The whole society consumes about 5.1 trillion kwh of electricity.

China Drying Network Co., Ltd. is affected by a combination of factors such as slowing economic growth, adequate supply of electric coal, and generally good incoming water. It is expected that during the summer peak season, except for certain regions that are tight during the peak hours of electricity usage, the national electricity supply and demand The overall balance, the pressure to protect the balance of power supply and demand is significantly reduced. In terms of sub-regions, the northeastern and northwestern regions have a certain surplus of power supply capacity, while the east China, North China, South, and Central China regions have a certain gap during the peak period of electricity consumption; in terms of provinces, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Chongqing, Hebei South Network and other provincial levels The grid and Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan power grid have a certain gap during peak hours. By taking measures such as inter-provincial cross-regional power dispatch, the electricity demand in these areas can be guaranteed. In the second half of the year, the country’s electricity supply and demand balance will be balanced. During the summer peak season, the power supply and demand situation will be significantly better than in previous years. It is estimated that the entire society’s electricity consumption will reach around 5.1 trillion kWh, an increase of about 7% year-on-year.

According to monitoring, five major positive changes have taken place in the country's electricity operation in the first half of 2012. First, China’s unit G D P and Gd P in the primary, secondary, and tertiary industry units have all reduced their electricity consumption. In the first half of the year, China's unit G D P power consumption dropped by 5% compared with the same period of last year, and the first, second and third industries decreased by 11.93%, 4.54% and 1.60%, respectively. Second, the proportion of household electrical appliances in the tertiary industry and urban and rural areas has gradually increased. In the first half of the year, the proportion of household electricity consumed by the tertiary industry and urban and rural residents was 11.25% and 12.78%, respectively, which was an increase of 0.67 and 0.81 percentage point from the same period of last year. Third, the elasticity coefficient of electricity consumption has dropped significantly. In the first half of the year, it was only 0.72, a decrease of 0.54 from the same period of last year, and the trend analysis continued to decline. Fourth, the proportion of electricity consumed by the four high energy-consuming industries declined. From January to June of this year, the four high-energy-consuming industries accounted for 31.99% of the total society, a decrease of 1.24 percentage points from the same period of last year, which is conducive to energy saving and consumption reduction and adjustment of the structure. Fifth, the proportion of clean energy power generation has increased. In the first half of the year, the proportion of clean energy power generation was 16.91%, an increase of 0.93 percentage points over the same period of last year.

The SERC believes that although the growth of electricity consumption in the entire society slowed down in the first half of this year, in the second half of the year, with the successive introduction of the “stabilizing growth” policy measures and the gradual emergence of policy effects, the preliminary assessment of electricity consumption in the second half of the year It will show a trend of low, high, and high, and will achieve stabilization and recovery during the year. It is estimated that the total electricity consumption of the whole society will reach about 5.1 trillion kWh in the first half of the year, with a year-on-year increase of about 7%.
