Abstract: Introducing the gorgeous family rejuvenation center , using intelligent prepayment meter and smart circuit breaker to collect real-time power consumption of each tenant . The system adopts the on-site local networking method. After networking, it communicates via the field bus and transmits it to the background. The Acrel- 3 000 pre-paid energy management system realizes the real-time monitoring and management of electricity usage of all tenants .

0 Overview

Located at No. 388 Madang Road, Luwan District's Ornate Family Renaissance World Center is located in a prime location in the center of Puxi, Shanghai. It is adjacent to the “Xintiandi” and Huaihai Road commercial area to the north—a commercial district that exemplifies the modern Shanghai paradigm and traditions, old and new Shanghai. The essence of this gathering is here.

The ornate family Fuxing Tiandi Center has a planning area of ​​2008 square meters and consists of a 27-storey apartment-style office, a seven-storey hotel-style office, multiple second-to-third-floor commercial podiums, and a five-storey basement. The business environment in the surrounding environment is strong, integrating leisure, entertainment, shopping, and office. The district has a central pedestrian street and a small square in the pedestrian area. It doubles space in the bustling urban area and opens up a wide field of vision in the city.

The project is divided into four buildings A1, A2, A3, and A4 . Each building has one strong room on each floor and all tenants on the floor are supplied with electricity.

1 demand analysis

In order to realize the intelligent management of the whole community building, tenants in real-time monitoring floors need to implement pre-paid energy management. The specific functions are as follows:

1). Prepayment meter data is displayed in real time;

2). Prepaid meter remote electricity charges;

3). Electricity charge? ? Fee record inquiry;

4 ). Insufficient electricity bills, interface alarms ;

5 ). Remote meter reading; power management;

6 ). Run event alarm, record and query print functions;

2 system solutions

Acrel-Acrel- 3 000 prepaid energy management system is designed according to the actual situation of the gorgeous family rejuvenation center , and a communication collection box is set up between the weak electricity in the B3 layer of the A1 building to collect all prepaid instrument data in the A1 building. Upload data to monitoring host through single-mode 4-core fiber; set communication collection box between weak electricity in floor B3 of A4 floor to collect all prepayment meter data in A3 and A4 buildings, and upload data to monitoring host through single-mode 4-core fiber at the same time ; A2, first floor property office set up communications collector for collecting A2 building all pre-paid meter data while receiving A1, data A3, A4 4-core single-mode optical fiber floor uploaded. The overall network structure adopts optical fiber networking to ensure the stability and real-time performance of the system transmission. As shown in the following figure: Station control management (master station) , network communication layer (data collection box) and field device layer (prepaid meter) .

1) Station control management

Site management The management personnel of the prepayment management system is a direct window for human-computer interaction.

2) Network communication layer

The communication layer is mainly composed of communication collection boxes , industrial switches, Ethernet equipment and bus networks. The main function of the communication collection box is responsible for real-time collection of the parameters of the field intelligent equipment and upload the data ; the main function of the Ethernet equipment and the bus network is to realize the data exchange between the collection box and the master station, so that the system management is centralized and informationized. The intelligentization has greatly improved the safety, reliability and stability of the distribution system and has truly achieved unattended operation.

3) Field device layer

The field device layer is a data acquisition terminal, and is mainly composed of an intelligent prepayment meter and a circuit breaker. The smart meters all use RS485 communication interfaces , and use a MODBUS communication protocol bus type connection to access the collection box . The data is uploaded to the collection box and the switch . Monitor the host .

Smart meter on-site connection

Field smart devices (prepaid floor meters) are connected in a hand-in-hand manner through shielded twisted pair (RVSP2*1.0). The number of smart meters per bus is about 20, and different types of smart devices are connected in different ways. Click on the "Ornate family rejuvenation center prepaid management system" on the desktop and the software will start running. Enter the monitoring system interface and check the monitoring data. When the user needs to use the power charge? ? Fees, [financial query], [management and maintenance] and other functions, you need to log in [administrator] account to operate. The user name is divided into "administrator" and "attendant". The rights of the two are different. The operator can only operate some functions and the administrator has the highest authority.

After entering the monitoring system interface, this set of pre-paid system is divided into six functional modules: [distribution monitoring], [electricity charge ? ? Fees ], [financial query], [energy statistics], [communication], [management and maintenance].

You can view the distribution and connection of a distribution circuit and the main electrical parameters. The main data includes: remaining power, remaining power alarm limit, total power consumption, loop name.

After selecting the administrator to log in to the system, you can click on the circuit name in the system one-time diagram to directly modify the circuit name and the remaining battery alarm limit. After the modification, the system will automatically save it.

When the remaining power is lower than the remaining battery alarm limit, the system pops up an alarm message as shown in the figure below.

When you need to select the real-time display interface of the distribution box on other floors, simply click the [floor selection] button in the upper right corner and select the corresponding floor. as the picture shows.

Electricity charge? ? Fees

When customers need to recharge ? When electricity is charged, charge? ? The valuer will complete the following steps: ? Fees.

1, the IC charge? ? The fee card is inserted into the IC card reader, and when a crisp tick is heard, the IC card is certified as normal.

2. Right-click on the [Administrator] account in the [Home] interface of the prepaid account. If the user [Administrator] is logged in to the [Home Page] interface, log in successfully.

3, click [electricity charge] in the prepaid [home page interface] ? Fees], the system pops up ? Fee charges] window.

4, in the [charge? ? The Fee Charges] window, first check if the number of [Power Purchase Card] is the same as the number of the IC Card. Then enter the amount to be filled in the field. ? Fee amount, click [confirm payment]. When the remaining power shows a change, it means that the charge is sufficient. ? The fee is successful. Finally, click the "Payment Print" button to print and charge. ? Fee payment information, click the [exit] button when printing is completed


Financial inquiry

The financial query module mainly realizes that the module is implemented to charge? ? There are many ways to charge the fee card number, time, etc. fee? Value record query function, and can export excel file format spreadsheet.

The management of power consumption is presented in the form of a report. The report can show the power consumption of each loop at any time during the operation of the system. Each incoming loop and its outgoing loop are produced in a table. Inquire. If you have more than one form, you can select the switch at the bottom of the table page.

By adjusting the start time and the end time, click on the "Query" button to display the power consumption for this time period, or export and print in the form of a spreadsheet.

Communication

Communication status function description

Click the [Communication] button on the System Home page.

After entering the communication state, it can be seen that the entire system adopts a distributed network structure with a transformer as a trunk, and has a system network diagnosis function. The system network communication status can be monitored in real time. When a network failure occurs, the system automatically displays faulty circuits and specific units.

Management and maintenance

The management and maintenance module mainly realizes the setting of electricity tariff, the setting of the remaining electricity lower limit alarm value, user rights management, system log, alarm query, exit system and other functions

User Management

The user management interface provides users with three functions related to user identity and management. “User login” can switch the identity of the logged-in user; the logged-in user can delete the identity of the logged-in user through “user logout”; “administrator” can modify the login password of all users through “user configuration”; “administrator” can Use "Add and Remove" to add user identities and you can also delete existing user identities.

System log

Through the system log function, users can view the device communication status, user login records, and prepaid system operation logs.

Alarm inquiry function

When the user needs to query the alarm information, the “query” button in the historical alarm query interface is clicked to set the time period to be searched, and the query of the alarm information in the time period can be realized.

4 Conclusion

With the development of society and the widespread use of electricity, prepaid management systems have become an inevitable choice for large shopping malls and schools . The application of the Acrel-3000 prepaid energy management system introduced in this article can be implemented in the gorgeous family rejuvenation center . The real-time monitoring and power management of floor merchants' electricity can not only show the power status of the loop, but also has the function of network communication. It can be combined with serial servers, computers and other components to form a power monitoring system. The system analyzes and processes the collected data, displays the operating status of the merchant's power distribution circuit in real time , has a pop-up alarm dialog and voice prompts for the closing and closing of the load, and generates various energy reports, etc., facilitating remote copying of electrical energy.
