On September 16, Hubei Province's provincial-level circular economy standardization pilot project--Hubei Huayitong Waste Tire Comprehensive Utilization Circular Economy Standardization Pilot Project was launched, and the pilot time was until July 2018.
According to reports, Hubei Huayitong Rubber Co., Ltd. is the only comprehensive utilization enterprise of waste tires in the whole industry chain. It is located in Jiayu County Economic Development Zone, with a registered capital of 120 million yuan and an area of ​​400 mu. At present, the company has passed the Provincial Development and Reform Commission's “National Encouraged Resource Comprehensive Utilization Enterprise†and has been listed by the provincial government as one of the 26 key energy conservation and environmental resource utilization enterprises in the province.
It is reported that through the pilot work on the standardization of recycling tires for comprehensive utilization of used tires, by the end of 2018, the company will build 200,000 tons of used tires annually, and produce 150,000 tons of fine rubber powder and plasticized rubber powder of more than 100 mesh. On this basis, the industrial chain will be further extended to develop environmentally-friendly recycled rubber, plastic sheet and rubber tires, and form a complete circular economy standardization industrial chain for the comprehensive utilization of waste tire resources.
The three control modes: one is all the operation control is completed by computer, computer engraving machine at work in the work of the state, unable to carry out other typesetting work, waste may be caused by the misoperation of the computer; two is the use of single-chip control, the engraving machine can work at the same time the layout, but not closed the computer, the computer can reduce the errors caused by the waste; three is the use of USB port data transmission system has more than 32M of memory, save the file to be completely separated from the computer, turn off the computer or other layout, can greatly improve the working efficiency.
