Therefore, when drilling, special attention should be paid to observing the cutting condition and feeding evenly.

When an emergency situation occurs, press the emergency stop 5 button 0 to interrupt the machine operation. Otherwise, even if programmed with 01, it will not affect the execution of the program.

When the machine stop is interrupted by pressing the emergency stop button, after starting the machine again, it is necessary to restart the machine origin operation. Otherwise, it is easy to produce unexpected actions. This is because during the automatic operation, the computer's reader's subsequent instruction segment has been waiting for execution in the buffer memory during the execution of the previous instruction. It is because there is a segment instruction waiting to be executed in the buffer register. The next time the automatic loop is started, it may affect the execution of the program and unexpected situations may occur. Therefore, after an emergency stop, be sure to pay attention to the operation of returning to the machine origin to clear the computer memory and confirm the machine origin.

When stopping the CNC machine, before the machine stop, observe the force of each part of the machine table, so that it is in a state of good stress. Then, first close the mechanical part, then turn off the electrical part, and finally pull down the power switch.
