Working Principle of Copper wire Granulator:
The copper wires are directly put into the machine, it is cut into granules first. During this process, copper and plastic is mixed together. Then the granules are sent to vibration device for separation. Through wind blow and vibrator, the copper and plasticis are separated. Where the light (plastic) fraction is lifted and falls down the vibrating surface. The heavy (copper) parts remain lying on the surface of the screen and move upwards. Finally pure copper comes out from one side and pure plastic comes out from the other side.
