On May 17 last year, Guangxi Yuchai Power Machinery Co., Ltd. and Ziyang Chenfeng Industrial Co., Ltd. jointly signed and signed a contract for the production of diesel engines, becoming the first single investment investment signed by Ziyang after the May 12 earthquake. In June of last year, Yuchai Ziyang Engine Company was incorporated. The production of large, medium, and low-power engines starting on the 31st is planned to be implemented in two phases. The first phase of construction will start from now until the end of 2011, and will be completed and put into operation by the end of this year. After the completion of the project, Yuchai Ziyang will become an important R&D base for the production of marine engines and large marine diesel engines in the western region.
