The driving main motor of famous brand SIEMENS(BEDE) make the machine run efficiently. It's the largest
pulverizer at present with high capacity from 8-15 t/h according to different materials for aquatic feed processing.
Grinding System:Â
New In the grinding chamber, the patent tooth shape hammer, gear ring and wear-resistant plates enlarge the
using life of the machine. It's convenient to change by special installation.
Grading System:
 Individual drive grading impeller for air classification, which makes the powder fineness between 60-200 meshÂ
by adjusting the speed of air flow, feeding and grading impeller.
Feeding System:
Coarse materials get into the grinding chamber through the feeder. The unique anti-bridge device avoids of
blocking while feeding.
Eliminate Impurities Device:
The patent eliminate impurities device with three air supplement doors help to get rid of iron,stone and hard
particle impurities 100% automatically. In this way, it can avoid damages of the inner structure and save the cost.
Setting Chamber:
In the setting chamber, the bearing with famous brand SKF is fixed by high strength bolts of 12.9 grade to
assure the machine runs continuously and stably.

The hydraulic opening mechanism has got three gears with start-natural-shunt to make it easy and safe to open
